September 3, 2004 Dear GoldenGate Customers, GoldenGate is pleased to announce that we recently joined a merger of several local Internet companies to form an exciting new Internet Service Provider - ipHouse. Like GoldenGate, ipHouse is focused on providing the best possible Internet experience available. We are still going to answer the phone when you call, you will still be able to reach high-level technical people, and we will continue to go the extra mile just like we always have. All of the current GoldenGate staff will be joining ipHouse. In addition to maintaining our top-notch customer service, ipHouse will be rolling out a state-of-the-art network and data center in October 2004. By joining forces with ipHouse, GoldenGate is able to bring our services up to a new level of sophistication to better serve your needs. GoldenGate will wind down its independent operations during October as all operations become integrated with ipHouse. Most of the changes will be seamless for our customers, and you should be able to keep accessing the Internet just like you always have. If and when any changes are needed, we will assist you to make those changes smoothly. For those of you with goldengate.net email addresses, rest assured that we will keep those addresses active for a long time to come.
