Marc runs the Twin Cities Marathon
Marc finished in a time of 3 hours, 47 minutes
Although not is best time, Marc was pleased with results after a long summer of training for the 26.2 mile race. For one thing, the runners had to deal with downpours for the first 8 miles or so and then with soggy shoes, socks, and clothes the rest of the run. In addition, the temperatures were in the upper 40’s, making for a cool race.

Dimitria’s pregnancy coming along.
Dimitria is now less than a month from her scheduled due date. Everything is coming along nicely. The doctors visits have all been positive, Dimitria hasn’t been experiencing any real discomfort or pain, the nursery in their house is painted, and we have received a lot of toys, clothes, and furniture that Dimitria’s sister has given us from our nephew, Andreas. Hopefully, the baby will be a boy and we can use all the clothes we have received.
